Fruit & Poi Bowl with Macadamia Nuts Recipe

Fruit & Poi Bowl with Macadamia Nuts Recipe:

  • 3/4 cup poi
  • 1/2 an apple banana, sliced (about 1/3 regular banana)
  • 3 chunks finely chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 cup honey-roasted macadamia nuts
  • 2 fat pinches dried powdered olena (turmeric), optional

Instructions

  1. Pre-chill the poi if you want. I like it on the colder side
  2. Top with fruits and macadamia nuts
  3. Sprinkle with olena if using
  4. Eat
