Fruit & Poi Bowl with Macadamia Nuts Recipe:
- 3/4 cup poi
- 1/2 an apple banana, sliced (about 1/3 regular banana)
- 3 chunks finely chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup honey-roasted macadamia nuts
- 2 fat pinches dried powdered olena (turmeric), optional
Instructions
- Pre-chill the poi if you want. I like it on the colder side
- Top with fruits and macadamia nuts
- Sprinkle with olena if using
- Eat
